To get to the Scuba Diving Site, it’s a simple walk along a path from the parking area. To enter the cenote, you have to traverse some wooden stairs to a platform, and then just jump in.

This cavern is very large and beautiful, with lots of stalactites and stalagmites, which were formed during the last ice age.  This is a dive which takes you from Ponderosa to Cenote Corral along a 100m long passageway which is approx 20 ft high and 80ft wide. There is lots of light. The rocks are covered in plants and mosses, and the cenote is home to various freshwater tropical fish, freshwater eels and turtles.
